Ephesians 3:20
(NKJV)
"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."
(AMPC)
"Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—"
(MSG)
"God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us."
Take a moment to read these three versions of Ephesians 3:20 again and again. Read them aloud.
For the longest time, I was familiar with this scripture, but I hadn't caught the full revelation. Just because you understand the literal meaning of a verse doesn't mean you've grasped its deeper revelation or that the eyes of your understanding have been enlightened. God can convey many different messages to different people through the same verse. He can use it to speak to various circumstances for various individuals.
I understood the literal meaning of "exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think," but the revelation didn't fully sink in until recently. I can't entirely explain it, but this verse is incredibly powerful, people of God. That earnest desire of yours—God can fulfil it a trillionfold and more! Praise God!
I pray that God will open your eyes and reveal His unique revelation of this scripture for your specific situation.
